Shipping policy

1. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges

Customs, Duties and Taxes All international orders are shipped from Japan. Please note that the item price and shipping charges do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be applied in your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (receiver).

 As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

2. Special Note for Shipments to France

(New regulations effective March 1, 2026)

Please be aware that the French government has introduced a "Small Parcel Tax" of 2 EUR per item (HS code) for all shipments valued under 150 EUR. This administrative fee is collected separately from VAT and customs duties and is the responsibility of the receiver.

3. Refusal of Payment and Returned Parcels

 Refusal to Pay / Returned Parcels Customers who fail to pay the required customs charges or refuse the delivery will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping fee. Refunds for the product(s) will only be processed once the parcel has been successfully returned to our facility in Japan, and any return shipping costs or handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
